5.2 Rg1#
5.3 Rb4#
5.4 White's moves will vary, depending on where the black king moves. But the rooks always move in a similar pattern,
pushing the king row-by-row toward the edge of the board. Here is a possible answer:
1 Rh4+ Kc3 2 Ra3+ Kb2 3 Rg3 (switching to safety on the other side of the board) 3 ...Kc2 4 Rh2+ Kd1 5 Rg1#.
5.5 Qc1# or Qf2#.
5.6 Again, moves can vary, but notice the same pattern in the rook moves:
1 ...Re3 2. Kf4 Rf8+ 3. Kg4 Re7 4. Kg5 Rg7+ 5. Kh6 Rg1 6. Kh7 Rf2 7. Kh6 Rh2#.
Note: It's always better to build a fence so that your own king is on one side of the fence and your opponent's king on the other. Your own king can get in the way if both kings are on the same side of the fence. The first move 1...Re8 would be just as good as 1...Re3.
